Analysis is the process of translating the business goals and functional requirements into deliverable iterations of development work as milestones in the project plan.

  • Define application architecture (UI & Data Model)
  • Develop user stories (use cases) & Estimate Scope

Construction Phase

Construction consists of weekly sprints of coding and unit testing tied to specific milestones in the project plan. Each milestone results in one or more completed user stories ready for testing.

  • Code and unit test complete use cases

Deployment Phase

Deployment begins with a comprehensive system test for user acceptance and ends with final deployment to the production installation and go live.

Maintenance includes supporting the live site, continued development of enhancements, and optionally, hand–off of the project to the client's internal team.
